Evan Sterling: You sir are very offensive and have insaulted me and I may take serious legal actions against you. First of all you accuse me that I have bad mouthed the Xecom management and the company. I ask you to show me where in any of my posts I have said anything "bad" about Xecom management. On the contrary I have always expressed my high respects for them and have always appraised them for their unique brilliance in this industry. I, therefore ask you sir, and in fact demand that you show me and others on this board where and in what post(s) I stated anything wrong and/or bad about the management of Xecom and/or FIG? If you can not prove this then I ask for your silence as long as you live! Second of all, you tell everyone to call the management and/or FIG to obtain answers to their questions. Have I not done the same thing?! Just go to a few posts back on this board (post# 1790) and you see that I have asked everyone to call me and my friends at 1-800-959-9122 and we will be more than glad to answer all their questions in detail. I really do not know what your problems are! You either can not read or have a personal problem with anyone who tries to help the share holders of this great company. Perhaps you are jealous that I took the initiation first and asked everyone to call the 1-800 number before you did! Are you really that jealous? If so dont you think you are being very childish?! I find it interesting that you say in your post that everything I say is a bunch of "crap"! Are you implying that when I said (and continue to say) that Xecom management is brilliant, and that for all share holders to call 1-800-959-9122 to find out the truth about the company I am in fact expressing a bucnh of "crap"?!! "YOU" tell me, who is slandering the company?!! I think sir, it is you who is slandering not only the company and the management but also the sincere people (such as myself) who want to help all share holders. For that sir, you should be ashamed. Last but not the least you keep saying that I do not work for the company. Of course I DO NOT work for the company (not yet anyway). Have I not expressed this so many times and in so many ways before? Just read my last post where I stated "I do not have any direct relationship with the company in any way form or shap..". I really do not understand what your problems are! Again why dont you open your eyes and READ before making such slanderous comments to me. As I have expressed before, ALL SHARE HOLDERS, if interested in finding out about company's business, fundamentals and/or any other concerns, MUST call (this is very important so PLEASE YOU MUST CALL) 1-800-959-9122 and talk directly to me, or my good friends such as Joe Lanza, Dal, or Mr. Joe Vigliarolo the CEO himself. We all are at your service to answer ALL your questions. Mr. Joe Vigliarolo is a very busy man but his main concern is the share holders and the little guys out there who are invested in his company. He is committed to providing answers to ALL your questions. So PLEASE call 1-800-959-9122 and raise your questions and it is guaranteed that your questions WILL BE answered to your full satisfaction. This board is a slanderous shameful vehicle through which certain individuals are damaging the company. I sincerely hope Mr. Pedensky's brother in-law has had a chance to look into various posts on this board and soon take legal actions against all those who have expressed their opinion so shamelessly. As for Mr. Evan Sterling I will either ask Mr. Pedensky's brother in-law to take severe legal actions against you, or I will do so myself and you may soon be hearing from my lawyers for slander and misrepresentation of my comments and postings. Evan, I couldn't agree more with your thesis that SuckerFinder is Jim Truher, a minion or associate of his, or some other seriously disgruntled ex-official of XECOM. The tactic being used is to make any potential buyer of XEXOM feel like a fool for considering buying shares in the company. As I have said before, most investors can tolerate being wrong; few can stand the feeling of having been taken for a sucker. Also, bear in mind that an internet search for "XECOM" turns up 1) the XECOM that makes modems, which is not our XECOM, and 2) this thread. That's it. So any investor who independently researches XECOM winds up reading the satire our good friend SuckerFinder. In my opinion, this is a make or break year for XECOM, so watch the numbers very closely.
