All, received '97 annual report today. What's with the chintzy coupons? One coupon is good for a free entree IF you spend $25 in the retail store. Other coupon is a front of the line pass (just one), only good Mon-Thurs. Expires on June 15 1998. Pretty poor stockholder appreciation considering the past few months.

Dennis, You got a great deal on your home loan. And yes, I did forget that Mary Beth works for a bank. The best deal we have is 7.25% fixed for 30 years and no points. One point would buy down the rate to 7%. I received my annual report today. We need your ideas on the vote for the Board of Directors. In my opinion, Berman, Schussler and RAIN's President should be on the Board. That is three insiders. However, we need at least four independent directors. That leaves out Ercu Ucan. The other two directors are David Rogers and Joel Waller; both are directors of Grand Casinos. I do not consider these two as independents, since Berman is the Chairman of Grand Casinos. As of today, I intend to check the third box and exclude 03 (David Rogers, 05 (Eric Ucan) and 06 (Joel Waller). Why not add a Disney Executive to the Board? Have a Good Day, Toby

Dennis, Just got my Annual Report today, and if you will tell me how to vote the proxy I will vote as you say! I figure you are in the know and have kept up with RAIN much closer than I have! Got about 11,000 share to vote! Also got 5 coupons with my reports, because I have shares in 5 different accounts that I have! Since I will not be able to use them by the deadline if anyone that can use them will send me an address by E-Mail, I will send at least one to the first 5 people that E-Mail me! I will wait till Mon. the 20th of April and if I have fewer than 5 I will divide them between those that do E-Mail me! Still happy with my investment and will be patient for now! Hank
