Wisam, Your contributions to this thread are proof positive for your argument. Largely, I use e-mail as a day-to-day business tool, sending documents back and forth, or double checking with clients on some appointment or detail. Messages are short and to the point. Unfortunately, this curt, no nonsense approach too often carries over into my personal use of e-mail, and I have to fight the urge to dash off a quick response to friends and family. However, I think that by observing the carefully considered postings on this thread, my trigger finger may have slowed a bit. Mazman
