Maybe they will buy svgi. Then they would have a use for Cymer.
I sincerely doubt they'll be buying Canon or ASM...

Forever, they are in the systems business. It would be more likely that they purchase a stepper company than a component company and Morgan showed little interest in purchasing a stepper company in the interview you posted. I don't see any good fits for Cymer as an acquisition target. Although, if I were Jack Welch, I may look at the company as attractive. <G>
