Grim, don't mean to dis de Grim but I do not see budget surpluses its all smoke and mirrors. de nat'l debt went up by 188 billion in 97 yet de gov't sez deficit of only 22 billion. Revenues (tax receipts) have been enhanced by capital gains from de stk mkt bubble. When de mkt tanks so do de capital gains. Abbey and warren may see value but Will does not see it. Will sees a Ponzi scheme. ho ho ho Will -spoken softly like de Grim but a big stick is going crack this bulls skull making such a mess.
