Logically why would any one take a chance and short a stock that can go up 400% in a day, I don't like those odds, and your right you can't do that legally this stock is under $5 and BB stock. I've invested in the pennies before MDIX,CADE, CYI, ITKG, TGSK, RNTK & NTAH though I only own NTAH now. I like the pennies because you can make an easy double in a short period of time. If it bothers you that I post a filing from the company that states the want to do a reverse split to get the stock up to $5 (1 for 25) and that they want to then increase the authorized shares to 75M I think you as a shareholder should take it up with them. Unless you're a majority shareholder and will vote against it, why don't you believe the reverse split will be approved. I think you should realize that those who hype this sock are more of a threat to you and your money than me who is just posting that which is fact not hype.
