That's my recollection, although I wasn't involved in ANCR when IBM made it's initial investment. IBM has sold a good chunk of their position in ANCR, according to the SEC filings, but that selling appears to have tapered off of late.

As far as their current relationship goes, I do think they have a good one with IBM Global Services. I just haven't done enough research on IBM's Fibre Channel plans. I still have Sun in my eyes, and I'm waiting for that to clear up. <g> Also of interest is that when I asked Cal during the conference call what type of equipment was being used at IBM Global Services, he said that it was 1/4 Gig. That isn't MKII yet. MKII revenue is what will make or break this company. I think the timelines have slipped a little bit, but I still expect a good ramp in the second half of 1998.
