That is potentially GREAT news for Checkfree. Nations is the acquiring company. It is a Checkfree customer and , along with Bank of America, an Integrion member. Bank of America is a Checkfree customer out side of its California base, but not in Calfornia itself.

It would be reasonable to expect that B of A will become a Checkfree customer before year end. Can someone check with Gary Craft for his thoughts. He may have some insights as an employee of B of A.

Thanks for the news Benny.
