Dear Felt Burner: Sorry, I dont agree with you. A secondary offering would smash the stock down right away. It could take months to recover and by then too close to 12/31/2000 to matter. JDN

I agree with your assessment that a secondary offering to fund acquisitions is an important step. I think that JDN is missing the mark with his concerns about share price... the stock might get smashed more without a solid diversification strategy in place this year.... analyst coverage will definitely help strengthen the share price.... just look at what coverage has done for IMRS...KEA...MAST...
