Gary,
exactly that's what I like so much on this thread. It sets out an approach, a method to success. I have not tried this out yet but I'm willing to do. First doing my DD (being in Europe I'm confined to SEC's govt. databases, newsalerts, writups etc.), then inferring my own ideas about a situation and finally gettring to the scneario phase.

1) finding out if reverse split is possible & probable
2) getting in before the thing is finalized if I see a market bottom in a s hell play (risky if float is too high)
3) after a reverse merger is announced, researching further the new inhabitant of the shell, either selling the realized profits or holding on
4) waiting for the reverse split to come (or not according to share count out)
5) getting in (again ?) if I like the new company and start accumulating

Like this basic script, anyway.

best wishes
CROSSY

A little bedtime reading...
on shells and reverse mergers.

I "borrowed" these from the CVIA thread (post #3401 by MILK) and though the first one is more of an advertisement, the second one is pretty decent.

shellcorp.com

venturecom.com

Still lovin' that DD thang..
