From 1992-1994, Mr. Madden was the European Business Development Manager for Telstra Corporation, formerly Telecom Australia. In his position at Telstra, he established new revenue opportunities, acquired operating licenses, negotiated large network outsourcing contracts, and founded Alliances with other national providers. Prior to 1992, Mr. Madden served as the National Manager for Sales and Marketing for Telecom Plus, a division of Telecom Australia. He also served as the Head of Sales and Marketing for Dialcom UK, British Telecom's (BT) electronic mail and information services business and as a National Sales Manager for BT's Telemarketing Services. He is a graduate of the University of London.
