Gary, The S8's are for the merger / aquisitions. You won't be able to dialogue this on the thread because of those here on behalf of shortsellers. But, notice the buying & volume today following the S8 filing. Also notice the subsequent releases following the 10K. It all points to the finalization of the merger.
