Probably a big sell order, and the Market Makers don't want to take on any more inventory prior to earnings. I had predicted that this stock would need to reconsolidate in the mid $8 range after breaking through the 50 day MA, so the present price does not surprise me much. Is this a bad omen for the Q1 earnings? We will see. I predict that if we can post at least 10 cents EPS with some positve statements from VARL management, there will be a minor relief rally. Does anyone know the exact timing of the Q1 earnings announcement? This week or next?
