I think the purchase by the VP was a result of the CCIR merger where certain officers of CCIR agree to roll the proceeds into Hadco stock. I bet the "VP" is Rick McNamee. Just a guess on my part. Anyone have access to form 4's and could post the info.

Per 3/19/98 press release:

"....Separately, HDCO said Frederick G. McNamee III, chairman, president and chief executive officer
of CCIR, agreed to reinvest in the combined company and agreed to enter into an employment
contract. Mr. McNamee, along with other executives of CCIR including James Buchanan, vice
president of marketing and sales, Steven Lach, vice president of operations, and Gerome Wilson,
general manger of the Austin, Tex.,...."
