I don't know about this one.... I follow feldgling newsletter from time to time and he likes it as a buy up to .40. I guess I don't know where he is coming from. Ever since he said that..it has dropped.

Have you seen the letter to the stockholders from the new pres, which is published on their website? He says the company is going to try to partner with global or national companies; while I was working there that's what they were supposedly trying to do, but unsuccessfully, and in light of ALLPs two recent partner problems this will take some major doing.
