Is it just me, or is everyone else busy reading the filing?

I need to print the live filings when they happen, and really peruse them. It appears that Delmar owns about 23M shares; not the 75-80M he'd told me last year. I noticed that his becoming 51% owner of Tomahawk didn't happen until March 31, 1998. Wonder if this accounts for the 50M difference in the number of shares......

Edit: Wow! 3 times the company has issued Delmar prefered shares in exchange for money he's loaned the company. To the tune of $3.5M!!! I do like that he's dug so deeply into his own pockets to keep the company going. That doesn't include any money he may currently have loaned to the company. I don't remember what the deal with the preferred shares is. Am thinking I saw that he could exchange them 1 for 1 sometime, but don't recall where in the filings I might've seen that.
