Hi Marcie,
I was a skinny kid, so sitting on a big pillow was comforting! Now, as an investor, the big pillow helps me sleep at night!!

Best regards, Tom

Marcie: I did some EDGAR research over the weekend re your concerns about institutional selling...there's not much left of large institutional holding to worry about as they have been net sellers lately and may be part of the cause of the large decline over the last couple of months.
Here's the list...(report dates listed here, not actual purchase and sale dates)
Barclays bot 2.5kk on 2/14/97
FMR bot 5.9 kk on 9/9/97
FMR sold 2.4 kk on 1/12/98
Barclays sold 1.9 kk on 2/12/98
Seligman bot 3.0 kk on 2/12/98
Seligman sold 2.8 kk on 3/18/98
The conclusion is that the large funds got blindsided by the recent announcement just as we did. They reduced holdings, but aren't completely out of the game. Also, I didn't see any recent insider transactions on either the buy or sell side. Perhaps someone can check "insidertrader" and fill us all in on the results.
My thought s are that if the 1Q comes in at $.14 or higher, the stock will rise. Anything less will be a viewed as a portend of worse things to come, and the stock will react accordingly.
Nothing to do here but hope.
