It's Granite Systems, not Granite City. And Gigabit
Ethernet is not the same as Layer 3 switches. Granite
Systems is a Gigabit Ethernet acquisition, not a Layer 3
switch acquisition.

Besides, I'm willing to bet Cisco will do just fine
in the Layer 3 switch market.
