I don't think the "hockey stick-like revenue ramp" comments were hype, but I also don't know whether they were including Sun in those revenue estimates. My gut feeling is that this management team doesn't hype anything. They have warned (correctly) before a revenue shortfall, and have informed us of lost opportunities (Sun) quickly. That isn't hype.

Having said that, it is also my feeling that Q1 will be light, since we didn't get many (positive) announcements in the quarter. Some product announcements and positive comments about potential OEMs could offset the numbers if they are bad. It still seems to me that timetables have slipped somewhat. I'm hoping that the "second half of 1998" comments were originally meant to be mid-1998, so a little slippage wouldn't affect the overall timeframe.
