Here's a heads up, Gary... This company is a major takeover target at sub $5. With decent revenues, a good cash position, and a fascinating product/technology, I would not be at all surprised to see someone make a play for them in the next couple months. Witness the consolidation we've seen with companies like SimSci (recently bought by Siebe, along with Wonderware), Aspen (AZPN) and its component companies, and even Computer Associates buying AIWare. Likely suitors would be the process control companies as well as the network management software companies (given GNSM's recent successes in the telecom industry). Keep a watchful eye, and put a couple shares in the portfolio!
