dkmax: I stand corrected (.2875 to be exact). For some unknown reason (although I knew the ratio), I just totally forgot that it was not a 1 for 1 exchange. That explains why the Summit letter indicated in most cases, there will be no capital gain consequences except for those stockholders whose basis in SUMMITshares is less than 36 cents...I don't think that applies to you or me...Boy, I sure let that one get away...Too much work, not enough play...but thanks again...Pappy
