Santiago and Freedom were last year, prior to Brad stating they would have 6 per year. Therefore, so far, we have only one of the projected six.

Then they better hurry up closing deals... :) I think a reality check is in order here. I'll report back when I have something.

Several years back I had pizza delivery job during lunchtime. One day, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., I had to deliver 14 pizzas by myself. This averaged out to 7 per hour, considerably higher than the the 4 per hour we were expected to make. However, these deliveries were not evenly spread out, and in fact I had to deliver 12 of the 14 pizzas between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. What does this have to do with EUTO? Simply, it depends on what date you use as a starting point to complete the deals as your reference point. If you use Sept. '97 as your starting point, EUTO has signed 3 deals in a 6 month period, which will average out to 6 in a year. If you use Jan 1st as your starting point, they have signed one deal, which averages to 4 a year. If you use April 1st as your starting point, then they haven't signed a deal since then and their average would be 0 deals per year. Eutro announced two deals in a short period of time, and then there was a longer wait before a third deal was announced. From my conversations with Brad, they have a couple more that may be in the works in the near future. Eutro does not manufacture products on an assembly line that produces products at a regular interval. They have to tailor their services to the needs of their customer. Sometimes this process may take a long time, other times it may take much less time. What date used for a reference point is not important anyway, since Eutro did not say that they would sign 6 deals a year. They said that that was their goal. What is important is that Eutro is signing deals on a somewhat continuous basis, and that these contracts appear to be increasingly better than the previous ones. Best wishes to all!
