Ugh. I wouldn't mind when they do that, except they never do it on the kitchen floor which would be an easy cleanup-no, they head for the rug. And Blue hides it. So if you don't hear him, you don't find it for days.
Sometimes I find dead mice and birds that way, too, neatly folded away in a dark corner of the den or dining room, like maybe he's saving them for a rainy day.

Blue has a funny croaky crackle voice now. But he likes it. You can tell because he's talking a lot. I guess that means he's recovering. We kinda liked him sick and mute. He was a lot more affectionate.
