Many thks Joe for the Info,

typically I didnt take enough time over the statement, So in theory the "stocksellers" can hold as long as they like? I didnt quite understand the schedule which shows the position of the "stocsellers" after the distribution. i.e it shows a zero postion. Srry to sound so vague but i am a UK investor relatively new to SEC regs any advice greatfully accepted.
