bgtit, Welcome to the BB and thanks for answering that question on restrictions. Since you seem knowledgeable in this area, could you answer another that I am curious about? Is the assumption that it is easier to short (illegally) restricted shares through Canada true? If so, what is the loophole that causes this?

Any ideas about today's action? Mostly buying, selling, shorting?
James is usually in here with the tape and his take, but I guess
his "take" today is a holiday.

I've been told the MM's might string this thing along for a couple
of days despite the shorting being identified. I'm not sure how
or why, though. Perhaps some of our resident experts can shed
some light.
