Gary, can't find a specific date, but the following clipped from the 4Q / 1997 (LAST FISCAL YEAR) suggests they should announce, when... first week of May? I'm only guessing, based on their last announcement. Check previous posts, there may be a better guess already posted. Paul?

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1997--(TSE:COG.)

(NASDAQ:COGIF) COGNICASE Inc. today reported strong growth in
revenues and net earnings for the fiscal year and fourth quarter of fiscal 1997. Moreover, the increases in both the top and bottom lines are understated as a result of a change in the Company's year-end to September 30 from October 31.

Consequently, fiscal 1997 covers 11 months and the latest fourth quarter only two months. Revenues for the 11-month fiscal year ended September 30,1997 grew 45 percent to US$6,563,000 compared to
US $4,525,000 for the 12- month period ended October 31, 1996. Net earnings increased 39 percent to US$697,000 ($0.10 per share in US GAAP)from US$500,000 ($0.07 per share in US GAAP) in fiscal 1996.

For the 2-month fourth quarter of fiscal 1997, revenues
were up 20 percent to US$1,603,000 compared to US$1,339,000 for
the corresponding 3-month quarter of 1996. Net earnings were
US$227,000 for the 2-month period ended September 30, 1997
compared to US$194,000 in the 3-month period ended October 31,
1996, an increase of 17 percent.
