Andrew,

I appreciate your comments, you obviously know of what you speak.

With regards to the proprietary nature of their system. I do not know the details but I have a piece of research from Peter's and Co. that states the following:

Badger's competition consists of several owner/operators who have only a few units----all operating relatively inefficient hydrovac equipment. A recent comparison of competing hydrovac technologies by one major multinational producer clearly highlighted the superior nature of Badger's equipment versus its competitors. Badger's units proved to be twice as efficient as the next best alternative. Management attributes this edge to the company's patented design that is not only more efficient than its competitors, but is also considerably more reliable in harsh winter conditions.

It would seem that there is some patents involved.

I have seen these units in action and it is quite remarkable. I too am hanging on for the ride for I have no doubt that over the next five years we will see these shares rise to levels today unthinkable.
