That's one of the issues I wonder about. A wave structure by its nature is sinusoidal. If you have trending market which is moving strongly in one direction; it seems very likely to interpret a pause for the market to catch its breadth as a change in direction. In other words, a sinusoid is not a very good curve fit to a more or less straight line. By the way what is the usual time frame of Overall Impulse (1 through 5) or Corrective waves (A,B,C)? Is is days or weeks?
