Richard: Just spoke to Mr. Giakas (Chairman, PNEC), went through my list of questions with him and was very impressed with the his solid "NO BS" answers. This guy clearly knows what he is doing and has some real direction. He is carrying out plans to secure business over seas as he believes this market, (based on industry news and studies), will experience very strong growth. He is also not screwing around with any clients who may not be able to perform, he is talking to the major hitters in those markets. They claim to have real estate assets as well as an extensive catalog of titles (15,000 plus). He is getting me financials. Richard, you have found a real gem here, I am "on board" and will accumulate more. Robert
