I hope that readers of this thread have noticed the contributions made on behalf of those who doubt. Excellent read Mr. Charters. The essence of this doubt is embodied in the complex legal issues that surround Crystallex. To presume that any single piece of judicial wisdom will clarify a situation like this would be inappropriate, that is why it is in the hands of a court, and a court case will render those decisions which are necessary to know, who is right. Those concerned about the future have been offered several viable alternatives to secure peace of mind. My posts are directed to those who read. It is not my intent to ignore even one opinion, it is my belief that some are not "opinion" but "agenda", things which are different. Everyone is familiar with "telephone soliciting", these people do not call to "discuss" things, or voice opinions, they have a clear agenda.
