Gary/Lerxst/Stockman

It is very interesting discussion, and appreciate everyone
of you for posting them.

Can anyone of you explain or point out any articles
about router/switch internal hardware and software details of
different vendors. What I am looking at is from a competitive
strength perspective and what is absolutely needed, what is
desirable for a variety of customers.

Any pointers to good magazines are really appreciated.

Thank You
Siva

I've got a problem with a company, cisco's size "following" the market, and not
"leading/advancing" the market.

Stockman.... then short it and stop whining...

BAY, INTC and CSCO are all three very fine companies. Investment wise, 6 months, 1 year, 7 years, CSCO wins hands down. For 7 years CSCO's 4000% appreciation is 4X larger than INTC's and 60X larger than BAY's. For the last six months the relative stock appreciations are CSCO 22%, INTC -15%, BAY -38%. Check it out: tscn.com tscn.com Everything else about these companies is all very interesting, but is relatively less important. Chambers must be doing something right. Tulvio
