This company doesn't have a home page. They're not internet-savvy. My guess is that there isn't more news yet because they haven't filed the live filings yet. The current filing is only a test filing, which seems to have passed muster, meaning they should be able to actually file anytime now. I have no idea how long they can delay the live filing, though, and remain either within any applicable SEC guidelines, or, more importantly, have last week's press release actually be true. From where I sit, it doesn't look anything remotely like they filed on Thursday.
