Nice idea, but there are a couple of problems with it:

1) Different quote sources format the quotes differently, and provide different information. CBOE and PBS are nice because they give the stock and option quotes all on one page. They're also nice because they're not too hard to parse; others, like Discover, are more difficult.

2) During certain times, like the hour or two before the market opens, CBOE works but doesn't give bid/ask prices. Sometimes that's a problem, sometimes it isn't.

3) I can't give any feedback while attempting to get quotes, and if I'm going to several sources it could take a long time. I'd rather let the user control that.

4) It's easier this way. :)
