The Add/Remove on the Control Panel never did remove stuff like AOL completely. I know what you mean. Nowadays it's very difficult indeed to lose stuff on purpose. This computer once had Lantastic on it. Lantastic has by now been uninstalled three times, three different ways, and every once in awhile some dusty relic of it pops up, and then, after awhile, disappears. So you had no problem with the Netsonic installation? After hearing Carol's horror story, I'm a bit hesitant to try it...
