For consideration received, Brad Rogers, assigned to Mahway Sanjay (a/k/a "Shi Shi") the following debts: (1) the obligation of Marion Salerni to Brad Rogers of $10 as a return of Escrow upon winner the most recent wager with Yizty ("Yitzy"); (2) the obligation of Yitzy to pay Brad $10 upon Brad winning the recent wager. Via the assignment of these debts, Marion Salerni and Yitzy are released from their obligations/debt to Brad Rogers.
