My remarks in reply #369 were made strictly in jest of Milestone Scientific's public press release that same day pertaining to the resignation of their Chief Financial Officer. I have no knowledge whatsoever of any potential or ongoing criminal investigation. Any interpretation of my remarks other than witticism is inaccurate. Good Luck

Mr Barge Thanks for the legal advice. And you are certainly correct. I should not repeat things I've heard on a public forum until the proof is in hand. My comment about PDL injections should not have been directed at the Wand specifically. I have, however, heard that the PDL injection in general may have some controversy regarding side effects; but no research documentation. Since the procedure has been around for 15-20 years it may be perfectly safe. I hope the stock rallies after this news release. Later
