ron insana did ask him if this was predicated on the price of oil going up...

he gave a gobbledygook analyst answer about that...and I was busy with something and cant transcribe it for you....

but basically he likes the sector and would buy it now...

boy...what a voice he has.....

btw, just curious...why those two stocks...(you know I had to ask....)
