It wouldn't surprise me if he went home... he sounded awful. He was sick enough that if I were him I wouldn't have even come in, but since Ira is also out sick he might not have had a lot of choice. He basically said he was sitting by the phone waiting to hear from Myriad.

Kevin, I just talked to Rob. He said Myriad had the paperwork, and it was being reviewed by their attorneys. (I's and T's being dotted and crossed) Said he was sorry everyone was under the impression that a PR would be out today but it more likely that it would be tomorrow. (Now just so everyone knows in advance, Rob DID NOT say it would be out tomorrow, just that it should be.) Anyway, according to him, it should be very soon I think we'll know something positive early this week for sure. Hope this helps, Lonnie
