Datek "technical difficulties" screwed me again. Locked up when trying to take a profit, now I'm holding at a loss.

I finally got connected to orders8 and placed an order to cover a short postition at limit above ask price. This was 5 minutes before the close. My order never got executed. And I watched the stock went big time against me at the end. I called datek and they said they could do nothing and can't even check order status. How many times I've suffered from datek's stupid problem...
