It may or may not be related, but the AT&T frame relay cloud - the whole cloud - has been down for a good part of the afternoon, for reasons unknown. As far as I know, it's still down. That is a BIG deal, and can slow or stop commerce of not corrected soon.

Edit: By the way, that is not supposed to be possible.
