Fitz,

Good stuff. Thanks for keeping us posted. Can we bookmark your message so we can re-post it to all of those people who keep asking where the audited financials are and why they are delayed?

Fitz, or anyone else, please educate me on this thing. I'm a little confused, why is FAMH giving financial's to NASDAQ? Is FAMH now looking for NASDAQ listing on its own without the ATXI merger? The answers to these questions may be obvious to many of you, however, I was under the impression that our entry to NASDAQ was going to be accelerated because of the merger.

Scratching my head,

Lonnie

That looks like great news. The ATXI agreement, even to have signed an LOI, must have indicated some review of audited financials.

When will they be released to the public???

Please note, I have increased my position since the special CC on Friday, April 3. I was impressed by the state of affairs and the constant progress. Given the nature of the deals being discussed, dates are virtually impossible to establish. Why does FAMH insist on doing the same old thing --- I don't know.
