Rod, I don't think that the revised S-3A or the revised 10-KA is any big deal...I think they just had to refile to add a couple things, nothing big, like additional shares..I think we are still in the same position as before...I don't know what Bagalay thinks he has up his sleeve for cash..He sure keeps stating that we can get into 1999 with our cash...I don't.......I already wonder how we can get thru the next month...We only had $7 mil at December 31st..We burn it like crazy..Dupont does not pay us the annual minimum until Mid-July, at which time we have a big payment due Knoll and others..I'm Nervously awaiting events to come together or apart...

Well, that was certainly an interesting last 15 minutes of trading. Nothing all day, and then 126,600 shares traded in last few minutes, all in fairly small blocks (1000 - 5000)
