TED,

It is apparent that the market is seeking Y2K investments reporting positive and growing EPS.

Cruttenden Roth expects IAIC to turn the corner in quarter #2. But their research report was written with a conservative forecast.

Wouldn't it be nice if IAIC were in the black in quarter #1 just ended? With at least $7 million in Y2K contracts booked in the first quarter of 1998, it sure looks attainable in my view.

As Y2K contracts --> Y2K revenues --> incremental EPS, I expect that IAIC's stock will appreciate as more Y2K remediation deals are announced.

As today's Y2K contract announcement with Canada Life Assurance (UK) shows, IAIC continues to leverage the client base of computer software powerhouse Computer Associates.

Regards.

Elliot
