Trey--

At this point in time, I wonder if Orckit is not the better investment than WSTL. GTE is ramping up to start in June. ORCTF is about $21 a share. What would 300 COs mean to Orckit's price by January? I'm too lazy to go back and re-read the PR, but if they pass 6 million subscribers with 300 COs (I think they said that), assuming a take rate of 1%--that = 60,000 ATUR&C units sold by January '99.

Do you know what the current market cap of WSTL is versus the market cap of ORCTF? I don't advocate abandoning WSTL, but lets face it, BEL said 67 COs in 1998. Huge difference. And BEL won't be starting deployment in June either. Maybe invest in ORCTF, get a runup, then plow profits into WSTL?
