Jerry,

Short message: There will be many people that work hard for the short run and quit. I disagree with you that "Success," is something where you put your time in and out comes the magic results. It takes for most of us, hard work, over long the time.. making mistakes and learning from them to get to the top... That's how it works. I'm glad to see you have done well in your business ventures. But as you know, most people in business fail. 85% of all business do not make it to the third anniversary. Give me a break. Why don't you find someone that is broke. Give them a $100 bucks and tell them to duplicate your efforts in the UK. Hard work Jerry is what it takes and the right opportunity for that person Jerry.

Your novel idea on investing in the sales force is interesting, but has come of age in this industry. Today, We have one of the industry's best leadership and development systems in the world. If not the best. We take someone that has little experience in sales, or in success, or in anything else that is prerequisite to success and give them a real chance for success. Do you get it? It's not about punching a clock and making it to that 6 or 7 figure annual goal. The people at the top paid a price too, that same price must be paid for others. It's not about how hard you work, but how you inspire others and how you get them to realize there goals to be. It's about working smart not hard. That belief is HARD to accept. This is the challenge. You get it? I hope so.

[Without sounding to harsh: I find you replies under whelming in scope, pretty worthless and free. I would never pay for such advice. But thanks for the contribution.]

Could you give me some examples of extremely high paid sales people in the traditional sales companies. How many millions per month do they make?

I still would not buy a Jerry Sub. Reason: I don't know you. If someone told me, there is a great sub company called Jerry Sub, and I trusted or valued that person's recommendation, than I would be inclined to do so.

Anyway, I think your beef is with the industry, not this company. There are lots of great companies in the industry of Network Marketing. You need to do some more homework. Our CEO had the same biases about this industry before IHI.

Talk to people who are outside the industry and who know what is happening to distribution of products and services in the United States, Canada, Europe, Pacific rim and Asia... hell there are not many places in the world where the industry is not on the rise. Bigtime. Japan is the largest growth area in the world.(growth rate) I think it is largest in productivity(sales vol.) than anywhere else as well. (Last I checked)

In other parts of the world the arguments is not if MLM or Network Marketing is good, but what company, should an individual represent.

Continued success in your ventures.

Thanks for the messages Jerry,
-Lawrence

And that's typical for cooperate America. Keep in mind we are talking about NETWORK MARKETING a 40+ year old industry that produces 79+ Billion Dollars a year. Sure you don't have to buy a kit in the resturant business but I bet you spent a lot on getting set up, didn't you?

Well, that is what the kits are all about. How are supposed to know how to run your own business if you don't have the tools. The kit provides us those tools to run our business right.

Don't knock before you try it. I bet I do a lot less work in a day with better results. I think that's what it's all about, Work smart not hard.
