I'll second Joe's motion. I think it's fine that you're here too. IR people only leave a bad taste if they enthusiastically "hype" the stock. Just stick to facts, and you'll be fine. I have a question. You know the company better than probably anyone here. So....if I were your Mother, can you give me a list of reasons as to why, in your opinion, I should invest in this company? In other words, what is there about this company that makes you think that it will succeed? Remember, no hype....just facts. Thanks!!! Juanita

I have a question: Could you clear up the governmental issues? Specifically, are there any restrictions placed on you by either the U.S. or Canadian governments on what you can sell, distribute, or market? It's great to have you here.

To gain respectability,the absolute first thing you should do is change your handle to your real name.Or at the very least,always sign your real name along with your title,your e-mail address and toll-free number(as you wisely did on your first post). I have a few questions which I'd like answered before I even consider buying shares in this company: 1.Who are the people behind this venture,and what business experience do they bring to the table? The website is not very helpful in this regard.We would like to know what past success is management putting to work here in order to assure that a great product in the lab has a chance of hooking up to the real world. 2.Foreign companies trading on the OTCBB have a disproportionately high tendency to do their financings in a way that serves the purposes of the financiers to the total disregard of prior shareholders.I'm refering to the likes of convertible debentures and other destructive means of private placements.The question is : Is the present board of directors willing to commit publicly that these type of financings will absolutely not be used? 3.We would like to see a copy of the Lavalin report .This might help the non-techies among us in assessing the potential of the product. 4.Are you going to promote the $5 MM contest exclusively on the internet,or will you broaden your reach through more traditional mass media ? I have several more questions ,but they will depend on how you answer these.Thanks for taking the time to answer them.

Chris. Welcome to the thread! In no way are NOT welcome.. in fact you are very encouraged. I am on a few threads where the CEO or CFO posts on the thread, and it is very very welcome. Please when you get a chance can you clear up the Float issue. Would appreciate it. Also, any non technical questions you have seen in the past, please answer. =) Can't think of any of the top of my head.. had am exciting and long day so can't think too well right now. I agree this thread is great.. nice and small for now, no hype. Best, Mark
