Does it seem odd that a teenager can consent to an abortion but not to sex? Isn't an abortion more serious than sex? (I guess the horse is already out of the barn, but.....I say neigh.) 'Sides, just try getting consent from a fetus. ('Sides, he's not old enough.....) I'm getting more and more confused. Forget laws about passing out condoms, I think a law about passing out gametes would be good ~ "You're not getting these til you're 38, Buster." Biology is kind of a disaster.
