Try their website for info- www.sap.com. This company dominates the ERP software market...Companies like Baan are only 1% as large as SAP. Last year they grew to about 3.3 Billion which was about a 60% increase. Hope this helps.

Hi Sueponine: SAP 1Q earnings announcement is scheduled for April 21st There is plenty of additional info at : sap.com I am not sure if you will be able to buy the ADRs tomorrow, this delisting issue is interesting, but not of too much concern as this is a strong stock.....a Gorilla...with little negative news. Short term my feeling is the overall market will determine its direction; long- term its got to remain a winner...just review the thread. I've sent a note to IR asking about the delisting issue, and hope to have an answer soon. Good luck! Ibnbatutaa
