Pancho, as I read your long list of grievances against BFT from the BallySucks site, two thing pop out at me. 1) BFT is collecting money and 2) the clubs are crowded. Clearly all these dissatisfied customers have got to stop others from making their mistake. The B-S site has that agenda but clearly word-of-mouth must take longer or those horror stories should have shut off their new business.

Still seems like a good story for 60 minutes, Brokow's fleecing america, or consumer reports.
