TISX was also down substantially. The sector on Friday had dropped to 8th from 4th among 197 groups measured by IBD. Yesterday, in spite of the big drops, it went back up to 5th ( remeber all groups are measured against each other---if other groups drop even more, then it is possible for the group to still rise relative to the others). The question now is, weill the group go back up to the 3rd or 4th position it had been holding for the last several weeks?
I believe computer security software, with its 40% sales growth rate, and Secure, with its top line 80% gross margins, will speak for themselves as the year progresses. With only one week to go for earnings, and no pre-announcements, my confidence in at least meeting the street numbers is bolstered, and I would not be surprised if SCUR slightly exceeds them, just my opinion, of course.
